Johnny Nasser

Johnny Nasser graduated from the National Theatre Drama School in 1995 and has since worked on various theatre and television projects. Since 2002 Johnny has worked extensively with Loose Canon Arts, creating and performing shows for young audiences in Asia and the Middle East. Theatrical credits include All The Blood And All The Water (Riverside Theatre), Wilde Tales (State of Play at downstairs Belvoir), Vampirella (Darlinghurst Theatre}, Schnecke-Nudel (Darlinghurst Theartre and Singapore Comedy Festival), Arabian Night (NIDA), After The War (Mechanics Institute, Melbourne), How To Love Wombats (Melbourne Writers Theatre) and Julius Caesar (Geelong Performing Arts Centre) Television credits include Stingers, Legacy of the Silver Shadow and Simone de Beauvoir’s Babies. Johnny has emceed the children’s program for the last two Sydney Festivals in addition to performing in this year’s festival as part of Loose Canon’s La Tent Show Fantastico.
